Deependra
Bajracharya: A small window is enough to
peep through this big world. For me the
view finder of my small camera is a peeping
hole to see this world. Here I have compiled
the stories of moments I gained while seeing
things that have already been seen by others.
Ashesh
Dangol: As I see the vast differences in
the lives and upbringing of children from
different backgrounds, I question myself
"Why is the world like this? Why do
the poor always suffer and the rich always
get what they want?" But I am unable
to find answers to these questions. Sometimes
I wish that I had remained a child.
Usha
Titikshu: Different ecological zones, different
looking peoples, different demographics,
political structures and histories, human
development indicators, but several commonalities.
Besides being in South Asia, armed conflict
ravages the landscape, the buildings, and
leaves its mark on the bodies, minds and
hearts of the unarmed children, women, and
men.
These
pictures are about the agony, the hope,
creativity and resilience which refuses
to die or go missing.
